George's Dad, Tim Mills, came is to show us his gold medal from winning his age group at the World Mountain Bikes 24 hr Competition. He told us about the event and how he paced himself to continue biking for 24hr. We loved hearing about his amazing success and listened when he gave us advice for our own Orkney Triathlon the following day. "Go hard!!!' he said, you'll have a whole year to recover, and it feels great when you have given a performance you can be proud of. Don't get so hung up on the result, he advised.
